  1. Dusty and Me

Betsan Morris Evans / Youth, World Cinema / UK / 2016 / Compassion, Family, Youth / 90 mins
A feel-good, heart-warming film set in Yorkshire in 1977 about an adolescent boy's big summer after leaving school. It's about a boy and a dog, class and ambition, first love, and above all, family. The story exemplifies the unique healing that each creature can promote on one another and the lessons it teaches about love and commitment. Preceded by “A Helping Paw” a short doc that shares the stories of two people partnered with service dogs as well as a service dog trainer. Q&A with Film Rep Adrian Roup.
