A Swiss Radio crew is sent to get upbeat stories in Fascist Portugal in 1974, only to fall into the heart of the Revolution to rid Portugal of dictatorship. The Portuguese “Carnation Revolution” in which only six people died, ending 42 years of oppression, was a precursor to Spain’s peaceful liberation and later, the peaceful revolutions of Eastern Europe. With great characters, this smart comedy is based on real radio reporters who were honored by the French. This is their story... and quite a story it is!
