Despite medical forecasts, Joseph has gone from wheelchair to walker, walker to crutches, and at the age of 18 he took his first steps with a cane.With the help of a Quadriplegic Stand-up Comedian (Jay Cramer), an Amputee Paralympic Sprinter (Katy Sullivan), and a disabled Purple Heart Veteran, Joseph trains for a lifelong goal of walking in a 6.2 mile AIDS walk while educating others about HIV and disabilities.
